My name is Tom Lenk, and I’m excited to officially announce the
launch of my home inspection business, Inspect It. Report It.

I’m a 44-year-old husband, father, and lifelong tradesman who
believes honesty, faith, and clear communication go a long way
—especially when you’re making one of the biggest purchases of your life.
My wife and I have been married for nearly 15 years. She leads the kids
ministry at our local church, and together we’re raising a 10-year-old
daughter and a 7-year-old son. Faith and family come first in our home,
and that mindset carries into everything I do professionally.

I’ve spent my entire career in the trades, with a secondary background
in sales, which taught me an important lesson: people don’t
just want information—they want transparency and straight answers.
After years of working for others and constantly suggesting better
ways to serve customers, I decided it was time to build
something better myself.

I’m a certified, insured home inspector with a boilers license and over a decade of local community roots. My inspections start with a comprehensive, detail-driven home inspection and an easy-to-understand report packed with photos. Clients can also add services such as mold testing, water quality testing, drone roof and chimney inspections, infrared imaging, and borescope wall checks to better understand a home’s health and efficiency.

I don’t rush inspections, sugarcoat problems, or talk over people. I explain what I see, what matters, and what doesn’t—often with a bit of humor to keep the process approachable and stress levels down.

When I’m not inspecting homes, you’ll find me spending time with my family, volunteering with Cub Scouts, or helping teach Sunday School at our church. I’m proud to serve the community I live in, and I treat every home like it belongs to someone I know—because sometimes, it does.
